Our personnel are all experienced in coal exploration drilling and have the capability to deliver the meters and depths required for any project.

Bedrock Drilling Services only employs certified drill personnel with minimum Certificate 11 and Certificate 111 qualified offsiders and drillers. We conduct in-house training on all aspects of drilling and drilling safety and pride ourselves in our personnel skill levels and expertise.

SCOPE OF WORK CAPABILITIES

100mm 4C Core: 0 – 500 meters

HQ Drilling: 0 – 1000 meters

PQ Drilling: 0 – 450 meters

Chip Holes: 0 – 500 meters

100mm Cores (4C)

Bedrock Drilling Services has the capability to drill 100mm Cores (4C) to the required depth of 450m, and with recovery of 95% of core. Our drillers are experienced in 4C core drilling and we are able to supply the following:

Coal slides for running core barrels

Core trays can be supplied

Logging tables

PVC logging splits

Core barrel will be 4.5 meters

Holes will be drilled to maintain verticality of within 15 Deg.

HQ & PQ Drilling

Bedrock Drilling Services has the capability to drill HQ holes to a

depth of around 800 meters and PQ to 450m as required.

Holes will be drilled to maintain verticality of within 15 Deg.

‘Chip’ Holes

Bedrock Drilling Services has the capability to drill chip holes to a

depth range of 0 – 500 meters. We have a wide variety of drilling equipment, hammers, bits, etc to drill varied requirements, and we

have the expertise to drill on compressors or on mud as may be required.

Steel casing can be supplied as required, and we are able to

pressure cement as necessary. Blow out preventers can be

provided.
